Back in the day, I was enamored by the pressure I felt from my instructors. Unfortunately, at that time, I was unable to gain instruction in this topic. So, I began experimenting with it.
I began by applying pressure with my arms - because that's what made sense to me. And while I was able to do it, I became tired very quickly. So, I went back to the drawing board in order to become more efficient with the application of pressure.
After years and years of experimentation, I finally discovered a way of applying pressure that did not involve the use of a lot of strength. I discovered by positioning myself and then using minimal strength, I could apply uncomfortable pressure - and sometimes enough pressure to tap out an individual who was underneath me! And when I did, I began applying it on a regular basis.
Later, after I had developed a high level of proficiency with it, only then did I begin teaching it to my students and clients, as well as at seminars in the 1990s.
What happened next was a pressure revolution. The topic caught fire and more and more students and instructors started teaching this topic!
Next, I shared this topic at a seminar in Bend, Oregon. Later, I produced an iOS and Android app on the topic and it became a best seller!
And finally, I decided to follow up that app with an online course that went into more detail and covered the same topic from different positions. THIS is the course you are now considering purchasing!
So, if you're looking for an online course that will teach you the crucial details of applying pressure from six (6) positions, this is the course for you!!
